Mary's Mess is Her Message

Above is a picture of a “sign and wonder” from God. This and many other signs we’ve received are how I know that I know I’m being called to help people speak to one another the way they like to be spoken to. The video above “long version” explains the picture of the “Golden Rule” Carpet.

In 2009, I was driving, and God told me He needed me to bring forth His Golden Rule by teaching people to speak to one another the way they like to be spoken to. He not only told me, but He once again provided abundantly. 

Then this happened:

Duane and I were recarpeting our living room. I went to order my new carpet, and the clerk said, “Mrs. Miner would like to have the “Golden Rule Carpet” delivered on such and such a date. My knees went weak. I screamed in the store and the clerk looked at me and said, so you want this carpet or don’t want it. Check out this picture.

And that is just one other sign that I know that I know that God talks to me

I’m obeying, I’ve been doing my best by inspiring and coaching people on how to speak to others the way they like to be spoken to so they can get the love they crave. 

How Mary's company got it's name.

It all started when Mary's granddaughter Madison and hwe were drawing and coloring in her kitchen. Mary drew the frame and her granddaughter colored it and she also drew a green one. Mary added the grass and her baby girl added the blue circles that she said was the wind. Mary laughed loudly and exuberantly like I do. We had a great time coloring and hanging out. And Duane said, "She's such a drama queen." And Madison added but she’s a positive drama queen. I said, wow, I like that.  

That’s not the end of the story. I created my LLC and went to a seminar to learn how to market my company from a well-known coach and speaker. There were over 800 people in the audience, and she was doing free coaching from the stage. I ran to the stage in my heels and proudly stood up in front of this coach and said, “Hi there, my name is Mary Miner, and I’m a certified life coach, author, and speaker and I help people to stop snapping, bickering, shouting or shutting down during conflict so they can have more peace in their life. And she laughed and said, What, who are you? I was shaking because this was the first time I ever spoke in a microphone in front of 800 people. I repeated, My name is Mary Miner,……. You do what she said in a condescending voice. I said, I help people to stop snapping, bickering. She said, No one is going to hire you. You really need work. Go sit down. She said a lot of other really mean things. But for some reason, I didn’t break down crying because I knew God was calling me to bring forth His Golden Rule. I stood proud. Breathing heavily and went back to my chair, feeling pretty crappy but ok because I knew God was with me. And He was. At the break all 800 people were leaving the auditorium. I was walking out surrounded by all these people, and God told me to look down, and there was this rhinestone crown. It was a little bigger than a quarter. And God said, “YOU ARE THE POSITIVE DRAMA QUEEN” I couldn’t believe it. How in the world would I find it in this big of a crowd on the floor in a huge auditorium? Once again, I got God's approval.
